Delivery Info
Order minimum
Our order minimum is £135 net and all products on your order contribute to the order minimum. We do not have a minimum line quantity unless products are packed in a unit (i.e. our postcards which are shrink wrapped in 50s).
Orders over this value are carriage paid. Should an order not reach this minimum we reserve the right to apply a small order handling charge of £5. We will always endeavour to help you reach the order minimum by increasing quantities or making recommendations.
Order processing
Orders will be processed within an hour of receipt and despatched same day where possible. At the latest despatch will be day after receipt.
Delivery - UK
Orders will be delivered by our carrier or in some instances by a member of our Sales Team and will require a signature upon receipt. A 1-2 day service operates in most areas. Some areas in the Highlands, Islands and outlying areas have a longer delivery period – please contact us at sales@lomondbooks.com if you would like to clarify the delivery time in your area.
Delivery - International
If you have your own international shipping arrangements, we can send your order to a UK forwarder on the same terms as above. Alternatively, we can provide shipping quotations on an order by order basis, dependent on the quantity, size and weight of the parcels in your shipment.
