Pebble the Pony

Pebble the Pony lives on a lonely moor, but he loves to see people who come there from the town when they come there on their summer holidays – especially when they bring picnics with them. When he decides to visit the town to see what it’s like for himself, he meets an old lady, Miss Moss, who comes to the aid of the tired pony. A friendship begins, and before long Pebble is a welcome visitor to Miss Moss’s farm, and happily helps her when she is unable to go to town herself to go shopping.
